Formed in 1997, The Women in Support of United Way (WIS) is a volunteer group that works to develop additional resources with a particular emphasis on children. Through their annual black-tie gala, this diverse group of women raised the initial funding for Success By 6, which addresses the needs of children from pre-natal to age 6. The group's efforts have been so effective at raising the funding necessary for our children that they chose to expand the reach of the Gala to include all initiative areas.

The Night of Miracles Gala is held at the Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange in May. Guests enjoy an evening of exemplary food, dancing, a formidable silent auction and entertainment. We hope you will be a part of this very special evening!
